The care delivery at Milestone House is tailored to meet the individual person’s care needs. As well as an NHS Community Care Assessment and Care Plan carried out by the Local Authority, Milestone House will visit a prospective service user to carry out their own in depth assessment.

Milestone House strives to maintain a family-style environment where the residents’ comfort and happiness is of paramount importance. To ensure this is maintained a prospective service user will be introduced to Milestone House and the current residents on a gradual basis to ensure it is the appropriate environment for them and that the other residents are in agreement. In this way the harmony within the home is maintained.

Fees

As each individuals care package is specific to needs, we do not have a standard fee structure. Fees are based on the care input required.
